L&T to buy 50 per cent stake in JV

Larsen & Toubro will acquire the 50 per cent stake in L&T-Komatsu (LTK) held by Komatsu Asia & Pacific Pte, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Komatsu, Japan. LTK will ecome a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T, the company said in a statement.
